Is there a way I can do a pay transfer from horde faerlina to whitemane?

When I try it says it is not accepting transfers.

Someone told me though I could make a character on Classic SoM transfer that to white mane than transfer my faerlina chars there?

If the server is locked, you can't transfer existing classic characters there. period.
The SoM trick is to allow you to convert your SoM character to current classic then allow you to create new characters on said server.
