Recent developments on obtaining 10% does not allow users to post in PaRD.
This pushes them into General Chat where forum moderation officials have confirmed that no PaRD posting in GC as it is warn evasion
From what seems to be, there is little to no moderation on this and they are letting them go unpunished on multiple threads created

This thread is to track every PaRD thread and every masked PaRD thread in GC to raise awareness of the trash filling our beloved forum up.
Please feel free to contribute, post the link to the thread in here.
This will be completely unbiased, no PaRD in GC means exactly what it means.
