they are bored and have chosen you. and they are trying to increase your warn, get your topics closed & more.
that is also why some of them are verified. they have privileged rights & are treated better by the moderators,, with limitations.
i have observed the following. they are allowed to spam more often than normal users and less action is taken against their accounts if they are verified.
that is basically what some of them are spending their money for. because they are doing it almost everyday.
