what does that even mean? that some of us europeans in the Off-Topic guild use a VPN and pretend to be american or what? so if that's what it is, it's pretty stupid. who would wish to be part of a nation that predominantly hates the rest of the world ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It's a play on VPN'ing. I do not think that it matters that it is Europe or the US. So long as the countries/user's isp server locations are different.

That's a very broad generalization that seems like projection.

i lived & worked in utica for almost 3 years of my life & i spent several years on this forum in sections where mostly americans are around. call it whatever u like.
aside from that, i didn't start the negative assumptions here disguised within anecdotes & discussions about VPNs within that context ( see above) are not allowed.

I've lived all over the US, including Utica (NY?) coincidentally. Utica is a shithole that doesn't represent the majority of America.
