ngl my dumbass didnt even think about this, still had every setting set to Max and 1 copy was requiring like 45% of vram turned down to high now everything is fine LOL Dum Dum moment

D2R has insane memory leaks, too much of the old shit mixed with the new shit, the longer you use the game/more memory available the more it will use regardless of settings

Check out Mem Reduct, it is literally a game changer, I was running 2 copies for 8+ hour sessions and prior to using it would utilize up to 20+ GB of ram (I have 128 so it would just keep squeezing as much as possible).

It will actively show you how much memory is being used and allow you to clean it, every hour or so I would Clean the memory and get down to 3-4gb per instance.

My friend trying to play d2r on a secondary system away from home, let's just say you can't have more than 1-2 pages open in browser plus discord on 8gb while gaming. Moving to a5 makes the game crash cause memory pretty often.
