Even more sad than that is that it's rolled on an Akaran. The base has 20% less Block Chance than a Sacred Targe, or with this mod it becomes the same block chance. Since there is a hidden mechanic of Holy Shield that gives Paladins almost infinite block speed, and a Sacred Targe has the same level req as Jeweler's mod, the mod is totally lost on an Akaran. You would, in fact, be better off with a Sacred Targe that has abslutely no Automod and four sockets.
