Quick information on issue: When plugged into tv, tv goes green then black but then no signal reading on tv, pc does not turn off.

Attempts at fixing issue: replaced CPU with another one as the one I had in there I did have to repair some pins on it, also removed stock cooler and added a better cooler (this helped about 20c)

So I thought maybe overheating or possible bent pins causing issue


However the pc runs perfectly fine on another tv (19inch 720p tv) with no issues, but the pseudo 4k 43inch tv is where issues are happening
switched hdmi cables and ports same issue
have ps5 hooked to same tv with no issues at all.
