i dont think its possible with windows so would need a program i think?
anyone know the easiest way to do this?

basically im playing a browser game and poker app at the same time. and want to lock the poker window so it stays open and on top if that makes sense

If you google window on top script it's the first one that comes up
You have to use a third party program to do it tho.
