The first two for emergencies*** (instant recovery) and to clear curses, also bleeding. The last life flask to the right heals my minions constantly and activates automatically the last one (actually any of the three life flasks activate the last one). Its my style and it works for me.
***My summoner is tank-ish, but every once in a while (every 30 40 or 50 maps or so) sometimes there are situations in which for any random reason (small distraction for example) you get hit hard and life globe drops to 20% or 30% or 40% or 10% or whatever, and those flasks work well to get the life back to 100% fast. It could be said they are panic flasks. But I mostly use them to clear curses on me and bleeding.
What situations you may ask?, well sometimes you lower your guard and get distracted for half a second and before you know it there are toxic balls dropping on you, or those magma fire balls that are dangerous af and so on, those things do a lot of damage, and before you ask, yes I have a lot of elemental and chaos damage mitigation as well, but they still hurt and are dangerous.
