Smart loot - the game guarantees you will get decent items for your class.

No trading for major items - you will live in a bubble of items you found (via smartloot).

Big numbers remain - as far as I see from screenshots posted.

Main stat concept from D3 probably still exists - not sure about that, but that's the point of smart loot. It determines your main stat first of all.

With all that above will you be happy enough to enjoy the game and continue playing?

Nope, not buying if all of that remains.

On the last point i think they will focus more on unique powers(or that new things) that legendary and set items give you than on main stat, bigger focus on build combinations than on raw power from main stat if i remember good. Something like that, someone who remember better can correct me.

Ah yes, I forgot they are obsessed with legendary items idea. And for some reason think players don't care about rare/magic items.

Yeah, it will be a shame if rare and magic items gonna be only used for leveling, hope they make rare atleast like they did in d3 with bis rings and gloves or some other part of gear, as someone said all they neee to do is to copy D2 with adding new bigger world, mounts, bigger skill tree and everything else they want if core elements of arpg are not ruined.

wont buy if theres no trading.. blizz been ruining diablo..

i understand the reason for no trading and account bound items
but why smart loot? doesn't make any sense to me
someone explain the reasoning for it?
