I accidentally sent 413 gold to which is an inactive account. How can I get back?

You have to wait till the user returns and returns your Forum Gold, unfortunately. D2jsp staff cannot return your fg.

That user was only seen 3 months ago~, simply send them a message

It’s my brother, he made that account when d2r started but then worked with the mods to unlock his old account. Since then he was told he could not access the old account again as it would be a multiple account.

Either he logs in and risks getting the lock tag, or you realize it’s only 400 fg, so you just take the loss.

I appreciate the input, but i'm still going to at least try to contact a mod. Honest mistake.

I get it man, but I’ve never seen a situation where they’ve sent FG out of a dead account to another user. Never hurts to ask I suppose, but I’d temper expectations.

I am for sure tempered, lol. The issue really revolves around his new account being the one that our clan leadership is assigned to. I reached out to mods and told them that it would be great if there was a way to transfer that leadership so we could just delete SlimMurder and never have this issue happen again. Hopefully everything goes well.

I mean you could.. you literally take FG back from people who charge back

Hi Hoss,

There has been times where staff members were able to retrieve gold accidentally sent to inactive accounts. I recommend you posting this in the S/A forums and seeing what can be done about this, if you do a quick search you can see many examples of users getting their fg back after sending it to inactive accounts.

E/ I just want to add that mediators/regular Group:Members cannot do this, it’ll likely have to come from an admin but you would want to consult with a moderator or higher so that it can be escalated through the proper avenues.
