There’s talks that some countries in Europe are going to ban Russians from being able to obtain a visa to enter their country.

Is this going too far?

Like... if there's public mass executions of Ukrainian prisoners of war on Red Square with a couple million Russian bystanders cheering on the bloody spectacle, we might talk about a step like this... but as of today, taking it out on the entire Russian people in this fashion is not justified.
