Impeachment is charging someone with a violation of the responsibilities of the office they hold. Congress does not file criminal charges. The DoJ and state/local attorneys' offices do. Now, that doesn't mean that the actions of the official in question aren't also criminal, but impeachment isn't a criminal proceeding. It's a political one.

I can see the confusion as four of y’all immediately jumped on the train of shutting down any words that may not make Donald trump look bad, instead of simply saying, “true”. Straight up acting like incitement of insurrection isn’t a federal crime.
