Better dmg and faster kills?

Switch to clubs and buy one with more ee.

Can get 200ee for around 5-7k. An axe with 200ee will cost in the region of 30k-50k.

No reason to bother with axes if you have strength equipment and are unlikely to reach headhunter.

Weapon is much more important than the armor/charm. Get 150ee+ for level 55 or 170+ ee for level 50 then worry about the rest

Simply put... Heavy weapon.

If you had a Battleaxe with same EE, your attack speed will be 1.8 sec, but double damage and basically 1 hit killing vs your current Axe that has a speed of 1.0 sec and 2+ hit killing.

Depends on your way of thinking and gaming... if in full group... you are doing fine, but if solo'ing, you may ask these questions... but I will say this... your gear is more than adequate to some players... or my gear, and I play hardcore and only use Heavy Weapons and mediocre gear... shit, I don't even have a level 35 Battleaxe anymore... so my MQ B/axe is level 30... and I still get the job done and pretty decent in kill speed.

Yes but softcore heavies cost about 3 times as much.

So for the same amount of fg you are significantly better off changing to clubs.

He also has a level 50 axe with 110ish ee. So is already killing faster than your level 30 baxe.

Heavy weapons are not the answer here

To add to this, getting a 100+ ee heavy for level 50/55 is almost impossible on softcore as they don't really exist and the ones that do generally are not sold

Hmm, great points... I only answered the question in my post to the OPs question and was on target 100%.
