After you send someone fg, it shows their User Stats on a separate page.

Why does the last seen time differ on this page from what is shown when you click on their profile?

For example, I click on someone's profile and it shows they are last seen 18 seconds ago.

Then, I send them some fg and it'll show that they were last seen 4 minutes ago, even though they clearly were seen in the last 18-30 seconds.

I can confirm this by clicking on their profile again, seeing that they were just clicking only seconds ago. If I send fg again, it'll still say 4+ minutes.

Why is this? I'd argue it should be changed if possible.

Exactly, yes.

When I click your link it shows 4 mins, when I click his profile it shows 3 mins.

Earlier that page showed 4 mins for a friend of mine, but showed 18 seconds before I clicked it and 30 seconds after. But still showed 4 mins on that page for him. Wtf?

I've also noticed that this only happens sometimes.

Occasionally when I click on the link in post #2, the times match, but sometimes they don't.
