this is a csv file, which I manipulate with SQL or Excel, therefore, I need to Python to apply values to the "goods" column, based on percentage and specific facts, e,g: string number 1 belongs to "NOMs - 50" and so... (it's like a deep analysis within each string)
I am having a hard time to solve or find out a way to do this easy and to automate it.
