not everything that has a low lvl req has value in lld.

eth repl is nice but it has low dmg

It's not awesome dmg but it's not that low and has 10%ias. Not godly but really nice. Not many level 18 throwing weapons have these nice stats. But I understand and respect your opinion mate!

pilum is slower [0] compared to throwing spear [-10] or war javelins [-10] which are usually used in level 18 lld. so the 10ias basically has no effect. the dmg base is also to low mate. so it's basically charsi imo, sorry
