If it is the one with the blue/gray or dark background it is. But relying on that will most likely mean you'll miss it. It updates too slowly vs the sale time. Maybe there is an alert system though.

I have downloaded a tracker for my Phone and was watxhing for Dclone in Asia.
Now i see it already passed since yesterday it was on stage 4 and now is Back on 1.
How can someone track those things?

Yeah you can't link the website on here, it's an instant suspension (same with even image links from certain sites will get your temp ban for few hours)

Simple google search "Dclone tracker" and it's the first page. Full list of all servers/progress/softcore/hc etc etc.
