He can bring you Akt 3 Q 1 Quest Item for Each Difficult. Low lvl Duell Charakters are normal Full Rushed in each Akt and Difficult and got ALL Skill quests for get Max. Power

So you can get the jade figurine from somebody else, and apply it to your own quest?

Yes in all 3 Difficults.
