1g of carbs = 4kcal
1g of fats = 9kcal
1g of protein = 4kcal

but if i eat protein before sleep nothing happens, if i eat fat nothing happens, and if i eat carbs, i get fat af in the morning

why :wacko: ?

Triggers an insulin response which is your bodies signal to store calories as fat.

Also carbs turn into sugars when broken down so essentially it's just sugar once you eat it.

Careful with protein - too much can increase cellulogenesis, and the more cell divisions that occur in your body, over time the probability of bad mutations i.e. cancer increases. Just eat what tastes good imo anyway
