-Country , not sure really i was kid back then i just got some flashes of certain scenes , if i watch a short video or trailer of it i will recognize it immidiately!

Just a bit more description Plz. Was it English or foreign? Was it like never ending story or labyrinth quality? Any famous actors? Anything else you can remember? Who was a lead role man/woman? Any supporting characters? Was there dragons or other monsters? Etc etc

was something like Fantagero and Never ending story , i am absolutely not sure if the actors used to talk english ( holywood) since back in the days when i watched the movie it was dubbed on my own country language it was not with subtitles!
was too young to recognize if there were any famouse characters or the supporting characters!
I only remember the clock which the villian owned , that clock controlled the time outside the villian"s castle and the time moved super fast for everyone otiside the villiands castle , the humans aged super fast !
