I got banned for using jsp all I did was email admit it and 3 hours later got email saying if I don't use it again for poe they will let me back on and they did 😁

Banned aswell.

Havent been online on poe for about a month so I assume account got banned early June aswell. I admitted that I traded and the account got unlocked. Not sure how I got banned been here for a long time and always been careful and never said anything about d2jsp or any related stuff ingame.

Nah they wouldn't it's legally included in pratically EVERY ToS you'll find. Go call a lawyer and ask what those small little lines actually mean

Just by installing steam, you're giving up the memory of your pc for them to search through.
But I assume GGG has their own ACE.

This is the reason why NFT web 3.0 gaming is the future of gaming. Imagine a game like PoE, in which the characters and/or weapons and such are NFTs and you can freely buy/sell them on the marketplace without being scared of getting banned or anything because it's actually part of the game/economy/ecosystem.

This is coming in the next 5 to 10 years.
