So far, unless the lister has Intel Center 3 to reduce posting costs it is still super unprofitable to BUY rubles. Even with the reduction it is still REALLY poor return rates these days.

With the data I have collected (and items I have found to test with) the best price to list for is 654321 rubles. The tax on it is between 35%-66%+ depending on item (and this is at Int level 1 so no reduction) Best item I have had left to test with is a Defib (But I assume GPUs and other loot that shares its item tier would be the same)
