It's not like there are glocks at the check out in a grocery store.

Legally purchased firearms take time to be bought.

e- Illegal firearms, you can meet a dude and in the back of his trunk with the serial scratched off.

Think about how silly the last line sounds. Arm the teachers… It always bothers me when I hear that.
Imagine getting a job at a school as a teacher.. to teach basic subjects to literal children, and your employer says “Oh by the way, the day may come where you need to risk your life, and the lives of your students, and possibly get into a gunfight with next to no gun experience, against a psychopath possibly carrying an assault rifle”.

It’s pathetic that we actually need to suggest to have armed officers… at an elementary school. That’s how low we have sunk.

Yes,
the school in the Netherlands, where i always left the school in the lunch break to take a walk. (13to 20year olds)
Is now enclosed, and students may not leave any more. (20 year later)
Prison with gates, and exit-cards.

Could not even imagen living in the USA!

what ? 7 years old average ? This is the first time this kind of massacre happened no ? Usually it's teenagers or young students, max.
