It was never specified, I believe that the cap with magic luck was only one tier higher so I still believe that it's possible to find items with say 2 tiers higher stats than what hte cap is with magic luck. Ofc its alreayd hard enough to find a reasonable overspawn with just a few stats over let alone 2 tiers over.

That being said this is all make believe and nobody really knows that much about stats themselves in LS

ee/ per kill / per attack / life leech are capped

i put life leech there since it has a differnt cap but still a cap... if you have like an 10 life steal item trust me that you heal in 95% the cases jsut 1% and maybe on ep ~5% its some weird formula mixxed in which pretty much destroys the stat

same goes for HM since its has same cap as ee since they work togehter aswell
