Each key vs 5 fg x9 = 45 fg. Let's set this as the base for value.
Random non perf Torch rolled = 25 fg (5/7 classes, lose money)
Unid = 90 fg, guaranteed profit of 45 with current prices, you just need to buy the keys and run the ubers.
Non Perf Pala/Sorc Torch - 200 fg (2/7 classes)
You could map out the averages of a perfect or high rolled torch on each class, but the likelihood of finding them should not be considered into profit since it's like 1% for any given class (perf) and like 10% for any 19/19 > (of which is likely to break even at the cost of a unid).
I would go for the unid roll sale, especially since it's profit each time. Obviously with prices dropping these numbers aren't gonna sit.
