I guess the points is to kill everything? And zerker barb is not the best for this role?

java kill cow with friends

Cold Sorc for Countess and Trav, Java or CE nec for cows.

Nova sorc for cows is very nice.

Necro bonewall attracts half the map in cows. I'll kill 400+ cows and hork their bodies for 2 minutes.

Rune farming build is anything that can farm fast on higher player counts.

My favorite:

Nova sorc
Hammerdin
Javazon
Poison nova necro.

You want to farm high density areas, some good ones I can recommend :

Cows
Pits
Arcane
Chaos
Shenk/eldrich
Worldstone 2-3
