Shael Uppd Ribcracker for Ubers

Just checked, the fastest attack = 3 x shael and 30 off-weapon IAS

Haven't checked but non-eth with 3 x 40\15 might be better than eth with 2 x 40/15 + Zod. Less 10 ED but more on-weapon 15 IAS.

Off weapon IAS does nothing in LoD.

Only works in D2R

IAS calculator says off-wep IAS has a little bit influence in LoD.

So you're saying IAS calculator is wrong?
