Wait for the eth if you plan to play her again after beating hell baal. If you dont then that lne should do the job tbh.

And congrats on the runes! I would definitely try to roll a Thresher Rack from LK. I got mine from another hut than the ones with superchest. And then it took maybe 100 runs to drop an ETH 4os.
Besides that you can still farm the runes for CTA while popping the rack
