Whatever if i Play on very high details or medium , fps is drop to 8-12 , whatever if i stay town or going any location .
Render delay is very high in town 120ms if example going to diablo IT can be 600-750ms rendering.
I try change evrything in NVIDIA advenced settings and still not work. Sometimes in ultra os 75fps stable after 4 min is 12 fps .
Same way is in other grapbic settings ,
In other games evrything works fine .
If press G to old D2 i have stable 300fps and game works fine ..
Ping in gamę is sometime 60 but can jump to 250ms
Internet speed 120mb/s
Pc:
Ryzen 7 3700x
GTX 1660 super MSI xs OC
32gb Ram 3200mhz
Win 10 pro

Ryzen temp is stable 50°C and never used more then 40%
Grapbic card is always 40-41°C

Weird, seems like a driver problem tbh, what motherboard you use? I used to get fps drop till i dled gigabyte app center and uptated drivers,but i had to format pc, installed from a usb the latest nvidia driver and motherboard w/o being conected to avoid windows istall them, im not a expert but it worked for me.

Also i dont really like gforce exprience thats why i install it manually

Driver are newest.
Allready is option to check resolution i use 2560x1440
I will try to run lower .

Ya, well dont think resolution is any issue should work fine in whatsoever, im just telling you what it fixed it to me.

Format.
Install nvidia driver from usb (with internet off)
Connect internet and install gigabyte app center and click driver update.
Then update windows.
