I know the game is dead yada yada

But i have actually had fun for the first few weeks of each of last 10 seasons or so. The new gear and increased damage for builds has enticed me to play for those 2-3 weeks at the start of each season.

Seems like Season 26 is taking a step back, with them removing some damage from our favorite builds (inna monk and sader are both nerfed), and the theme doesn't even include any special item that makes you stronger.

Guess I will sit this one out

Am i missing anything, or is this the worst season yet?

Echoing nightmares seems like a good idea to me somethin new worth a try at least

mostly i saw that they nerfed the top builds and so there is no new top build, and so i have played all of the top builds already. so too boring for me to want to play season unless there is a new top build that i want to try out.

curious if echoing nightmares is cool enough for me to play d3 for a few weeks here at the beginning of the season. can anyone comment on it?

I mean inna monk is still op. I’m shredding through grs.
It is a lot harder it seems to get gear that you use. Less drops of them compared to last season.
Out of 20 or so gr105 I had 2 or 3 items I had equipped drop

Echoing nightmares was kinda disappointing. I played thru enough to finish the season journey now just waiting for d2r ladder

they fixed nothing so not surprising it's shit

it leaves something to be desired for sure, after the last two really fun seasons its tough to enjoy the echoing nightmares, but i take it for what it is, an easy way to get augments fast, id spend 3-4 times as long getting gems to augment gear

If you have a group that all has echos, it’s way faster to get your para up also.
Only thing I don’t like about this season are the drops.
You get wayyyy more random trash than gear your have equipped compared to last season
