Sold at the seller's res of 5200. +20% light damage/-20% enemy light resistance with 100 life seems very useful but I don't know how often it's used over your standard end game runewords or uniques and it's not listed very often so I call this niche. There's always the chance someone unsockets the facets to add 40/15s or something like that.
