So I bought some upgrades with same type of RAM and a new ssd. Got Them home today and decided to install it. So why not put some new thermal paste etc so I reinstalled everything from RAM, CPU, motherboard etc then put everything back.

After this my computer wont go last the loading screen. It said ok startup to go into bios cuz Ram and/or CPU was changed so I can enter there and setup stuff. The settings is reseted in BIOS but when trying to boot it wont work, it just restarts and entering repair mode. Before restarting a small blink of CPU LED is red and changed to be red LED for DRAM before it restarts.

The new RAM is exactly the same brand, MHz etc but ofc another batch. Ove tried different RAM setups, only using the old ones as before. Reinstalled everything one more time with only the old stuff but still the same problem.

Any ideas what to do? CPU or motherboard issue? PSU?

Specs are
z370 carbon gaming pro
I7-8700k
32gb Corsair vengeance 3200mhz (2x16) - bought 2x16 more
GTX 1070 8gb
Newton 600w PSU
Samsung 860 qvo 1tb
Seagate Barracuda 2tb HDD

so it seems like you cloned your OS right? you cloned the old SSD to the new SSD as a boot drive? something to try is recloning it, OR make a bootable USB disk of macrium reflect (free) and do this: http://reflect.macrium.com/help/v5/rescue_cds/fix_boot_problems.htm

do you know if you made any changes to the BIOS back then that got reset to default? did you have to make a modification to your drive controller to specify AHCI / IDE / RAID or anything similar? did you have secure boot or legacy boot mode toggled? you could try that and see if it boots.

Didnt clone before so its the same boot drive as before.
I reset via JBAT on the motherboard and now no red lights showing. Now it shows unaccessible boot drive and ive tried changing to ahci, repair status etc but nothing works. Tried to unplug my HDD also but No luck. Maybe I should try to just boot with My HDD with USB ISO Windows and see if that starts?

okay i'm still confused. i think you must be to thats why things aren't making sense to me. you didn't mention that ssd before, the 860 was your boot drive and you tried to just use the nvme as a data drive?

did you try macrium reflect? you didn't mention it.

what was your drive setup before upgrade? say which had the os

and what hardware did you add? did you put in an nvme drive, was that it?

I installed new RAM and THE nvme. Also cleaned some, Tool new thermal paste om CPU etc. Then tried to boot on My normal drive, the SSD Samsung qvo 860 as normal but didnt even startup into Windows. Flashing red in CPU - DRAM so I decided to taket away all new components. Still didnt work.
Resetted BIOS through JBAT. After that I could boot but got that unaccessible drive error. Unplugged the SSD and installed Windows om My data drive, the HDD. Works perfect so I Guess No components like CPU, motherboard, ram (i have added My new ones and it works Good) are Broken..

THE nvme m2 SSD i havent installed yet. But I Wonder how my SSD, the qvo, Broke!?

Edit: phone auto correct sux

The part that really grind my gears is that the Samsung 860 is not NVMe. It's SATA...

And I, too, am having a hard time following this mess because suddenly a fucking NVMe appeared like a god damn Pokemon in the wild.

Have you tried only your SATA SSD and no other storage plugged in?

Yes. Unaccessible disk. Changed the cables too with the same result
