How long does it take to cook chuckeye steak on a skillet? I'ma try my hand at some korean bbq... wondering how long itll take after i slice it into pieces.
also what heat, light, medium, or high? ty guys

Lots of variables are involved here.
I recommend medium-high heat as anything less will have your meat appear greyish.
As for the length of time, you should cook it is dependent on how you like your steak.
Also since you are cutting it into thin strips this will lessen the amount of time needed to cook
I highly recommend doing a sear on the meat, letting it rest, then slicing and finishing cooking. The end results will be much better
