You might have noticed, that with Firefox 98, Mozilla removed the "download dialog". The box that pops up and asks if you want to download, etc.
Anyway... here's how to get it back.

1. Open a new tab and type: about:config ...in the address bar. Promise that you will be careful.
2. In the about:config search box, paste the following line... browser.download.improvements_to_download_panel
3. In Firefox 98.0 or later it will be set to True. Just double click that line to change it to False.
4. Restart Firefox and you will have the "download dialog" back like it was before. :-)
