Not anymore, Fury once started will not stop to block in 2.4. That is block occurs, but there will be no block animation.

Also zeal unlike smite is not auto hit, you can definitely block it, Smite is just OP, that being said with super optimal gear and a bit of luck Fury can beat smite now, at least the not fully optimized ones, still has a chance against optimized Smiter, but low chance, compared to absolutely zero chance before, this is due to FHR changes. On the other hand losing to WW barb with or without shield is quite hard, because not only does Fury not stop to block anymore, it attacks significantly faster too.

Probably only with a jewelers whale armor, but I don’t think calculations are final yet. You only need 20IAS for a Grief PB to reach 3 frames for non GM dueling, which is a huge improvement from 5 frames

Is there a final ias calc for druids out? I know there was one that was close during ptr, i thought i read some changes had been made and there is a more accurate version somewhere.

Warren's calculator on github is probably the closest we have atm by the way as far as IAS calculations go.

Before, bear sorc with beast caduceus (-10) gave 2,77 attacks/sec (9 frames)
With 15 non-weapon ias more, 3,12 attacks/sec (8 frames), that was the maximum with that weapon

Now, this calculator says beast caduceus gives the same ias, but to get to 8 frames needs 40 non-weapon ias, and 130 to get to 7 frames

Will see...

As far as I know (and admittedly I know little about werebears), their IAS mechanics got nerfed to all hell. They can't reach decent frames now no matter what you do.
