if you're looking for mf on your boots (you probably aren't on tri res boots), you wouldn't go for a pair with 14 mf. it's a wasted mod
and unless youre on a meme mf build without eni/shako/tal pieces, you probably aren't filling your inventory with mf scs. in which case you wouldn't be using these boots.
