Why not use GMB for more dmg and skills?
How often do you switch ur Mat bow vs Shadow bow?
Can I use a lvl 12 Fanta faith bow? What is the minimum requirement on fanta?

I'll answer for Ceejay. He will chime in later when he's available I'm sure.

To maintain 68fcr at all times, we can get to 95ias which is what GMB needs to hit 7 frame.

So 45 or 30 from helm, 20 from glove is usually what we have to work with.

+14 Mat needs 45IAS.
+14 Shadow needs 65IAS.

Highly recommend to have both bows for different situations.

Mat is better if you're looking for extra +skill from tiara to makes stronger your jav skills or if just need some flexibility on belt/ammy/gloves slot.
Mat also will be better if you have found some godly 2/20/2os tiara with some sexy adds (frw, dex, res, etc).
Like Kim mentioned - to gear GMB you have to sacrifice 68fcr or 7fpa.

Mat also allows for the 99fcr setup which is nice sometimes
