Everyone's situation is different.
If you live in the boonies you probably don't need a mask.
If you live in the city, N95s and hand sanitizer are probably your best friend.
The government knows that forcing people to do something only causes them to not want to do it. Sort of like a child.

On one hand sure people can wear whatever apparel they want.

On the other hand they may think it's protecting them but from what, they're alone in their car.
