10k FG for a White Runeword base:

+3 Amp Damage OR +3 Bone Armor
+3 Corpse Explosion
+3 Bone Spear

Why is this almost impossible?

Well.

First, it needs to roll 3 staffmods. That's a 10% chance.
Then, it needs to be on a iLvl 19-24 Bone Wand base to get these mods (Tier 1 skill, Tier 2 skill, Tier 4 skill together, + 2 sockets), which means you can't shop it on your max level or level 1 mules.

The iLvl 19-24 base (Tier 3 base) also means:
There's only a 10% chance that a staffmod becomes Tier 1 (Bone Armor/Amp Dmg)
There's only a 20% chance that a staffmod becomes Tier 2 (Corpse Explosion
There's only a 20% chance that a staffmod becomes Tier 4 (Bone Spear)

But that's not all, because each staffmod only has a 10% chance of rolling +3 instead of +1 (60%) or +2 (30%).

And it can't be a Magic item, because then I can't put White in it.
And it can't have 1 native socket, cause then I can't put White it.

Sum it all up & you have a goddamn nightmare on your hands.

WHEW. Good news though: while trying to find this, you'll probably find a couple of sick Bone Spear Wand bases anyway.

Well. I devised the ideal strategy (maybe?), if you're not going to bot (or even if you are?)
The first step was to find the best character for the job at level 15-19 (which gives iLvl 19-24 items in the shop).

And so I made a level 17 Assassin with:
- 12 points in Burst of Speed (57FRW)
- Stealth Runeword (25FRW)
- Treads of Cthon Boots (30FRW)
- Iratha's Belt / Gloves / Collar, for the 3-piece bonus (20FRW)
- Circlet (20FRW)
- 2 Claws with +1 Shadow Disciplines
- 10x 7FRW plain Charms
- Scrolls of TP on the belt
- Some FCR from Rings, Stealth & Circlet to recast Burst faster (lol)

She's level 17, so that any wand with Bone Spear in the shop appears Red (too high level), which means I don't have to scan all of them.
She runs A3 Ormus (better than Drognan in A2 since he has a larger...inventory)

Routine is:
==> WP to Trav
==> Open Portal
==> Take portal
==> Run to Ormus
==> Look at the Bone Wands (other Wands here can't roll 2 sockets)
==> Cry
==> WP back to Trav (don't close your portal by taking it)
==> Take your existing portal back to town, etc.

man i freaking tried for many many hours to get spear/amp and couldnt even manage that. Gl with this iso

Whenever something requires obscenely low odds combined with obscenely high prices, I just accept that it's not worth the effort to min max for just a few extra skillpoints.

i almost want to try this just cuz i appreciate your description but it sounds rather time consuming
