any video with a good char that is not too crazy to play but deals enough dmg to do everything?

There is a ton to endgame and after they nerfed a lot of skills last year. Most people go several different builds depending on what they want to so.

This is by far the most common build recommended to new players due to the leveling guide (most builds dont play their main skill until about 4 hours of speeding through the base game).

If you dont want to play spark i would recommend a physical trapper build.

This has poison with it but probably the closest thing you're looking for ( i still recommend that spark guide for a first play through but if you dont mind learning quick the trapper would be better)
