Ty. Is there a site you’d recommend? Or try local stores?

I’ve looked at Costco and base exchange. Where would you go?

I got luck and got mine via best buy online when it came in stock. It's not a gurentee and it usually sells out instantly.
I've heard microcenter has a 1 gpu per household per month rule but don't have any local to testify to this.

The ryzen is 1899 Intel 1799. Those solid for the price? Costco is usually competitive with pricing on everything….. which one would you choose?
