Fg isn’t mine lmao. But go run around shooting guided arrows at another zon from 3 screens away for over an hour. That’s literally zvz lmfao
ZvZ is meant to be dueled on a bridge map, which enables players to walk/corner opponents, and therefore if the match is over an hour long it means that either (a) its not on a bridge map or (b) both players dont now what good ZvZ looks like or (c) both players are comfortable to just make it a sniping match (this is common, but not bm, and the lower repl limits the better).

1 blizz will not half his life if he’s 450 cr so your thinking is instantly flawed, 4 blizz to kill at max, likely 5 blizzs and if his cr setup wasn’t adequate then shouldn’t that be his problem, like he seems to think with scumming gemmd?
Just read the bold lmfao

if you watched the video in totality, that was not a BM lz8 match. As I said to both players before the match the position I took was that the FB must chase the Blizz. Yes at a certain point I reminded the FB of this. Also, Yes offscreen trains occured but you can clearly see that the FB did in fact chase the blizz as was expected, most especially in the last round(s). regardless of personalities that match was not BM. if you dont agree so be it. 1 blizz can 1/2 his life. svs is not on screen its way too dangerous. the blizz has to escape/passive, and its dependant on namelock skill (of both players but especially FB) in my view as to determine the outcome (FB favoured).
SvS is not a melee duel, both players are not meant to be inscreen vs each other for the entire round. its a case of one chasing the other, while the other is also actively trying to kill the chaser. if you think both players are meant to only have 1 engagement per round I would beg to differ. Casting Blizz in an opponents suspected traveling path is normal, as is firing FB trains. There is a fine line between that and being too passive.
Ultimately as a referee I have to weigh up my words carefully before making a statement noting I am not looking for drama or to negatively change behavior ingame, or in the round/match. Why dont YOU play 1 match vs any sorc in this tournament, upload the video and show us how its done. Chad has already uploaded 1 of his matches. To be honest Chad's temperament is great here. He is actively promoting SvS and the competitiveness of his opponents, via his comments, intentionally.
In the round there is now a SvS ladder and if thats the one takeaway that came from this tournament, then great. Long may SvS continue, thrive and grow.
