How do I do this? I don't have a smartphone

Put shoulder straps on your PC tower, hold a monitor in your right hand and a webcam in your left.
Put the power supply on a bike, on the back or in a front cage.
You could rig it to power the pc by pedaling or power a battery back up to use while you walk in.

i think if i did this i could solve the no smartphone problem. i'm sure people would start taking video...
