The Flamingo pet already drops [pink party bags], which can contain DP (~1.5kish) and dungeon items (500 - 1.5k, sometimes more). Are pink party bags worth $2 each? No, you get at least 10 a day with decent actions.
3% map and 3% jewelry drop chance applies to area bosses - which are currently broken with no fix in sight.
1 minute of quad doesn't really mean much to the general playerbase when a majority of them have over 50,000 minutes currently - I'm almost up to 100,000. Furthermore, [pink party bags] can drop decuple - a higher multiplier than quad. For free.
Dove's main function is also for quad - it occasionally drops quad items. Flamingo occasionally drops quad, yes, but also decuple (10x). Flamingo also drops jewelry better than most below area 28 for free. Dove drops objectively worse consumables.
