Good on Any Sorc tbh. 7 Blizz 7 Cold Mastery (using a 3/3 base) vs 30/5/5 Fathom. Even if Fathom has slightly higher damage, this has everything else to it. Those Rune and Archon Staff bases will be worth a lot.

Flickering Flame looks busted on any merc. You get 85 fire res for level 4 (the minimum level) resist fire on a merc. You aren't even wearing the helm and you get one of your res's entirely taken care of.

None of the others looked all that interesting. Maybe if you made the staff in a cool base? idk. Kind of stupid that they made the new Zod rw a caster weapon

Obsession will make many hoto/spirit users drop the 156 str to stack vit with 25% life and the sorc with +7 skills on top of that just makes my boner even harder
