yeah thats still not me. i was literally in the kitchen making a pizza from scratch at that exact time, not even near d2
here's a good recipe for pizza d'oh:
1c warm water + yeast in mixing bowl
let stand for 5-10min til yeast is yeastin
add: 2c bread flour, 1t salt, 2t sugar
mix into dough then add 1tbsp olive oil and mix more
i always mix all my bread/pizza/cookie doughs with a wooden spoon cuz i have forearms like popeye but you may need to use a mixing thingamajig machine
cover the bowl with a cloth and let it sit in a warm place for ~30min or until its about double size
turn the bowl out onto a pizza pan with flour on it and work it into the shape of a pizza
you can add some olive oil before the sauce but not necessary
sauce: anything from plain tomato paste to homemade marinara
i like to make a big batch of sauce to use for pasta and pizzas as needed. can freeze or can it (sealed in jars for later)
toppings: anything you have that might be delicious. literally any cheese will do. here's what i used:
roma tomato slices, fresh basil, red onion, cheese (4 type blend i bought shredded in a bag) as well as a shaved parmesan and feta
another time i had made a pork loin the night before, marinated with some pulp from a fresh pineapple. so i had leftover tender af loin and pineapples to make a hawaiian style 'zza
thats another thing you should try with any cut of meat... cut up a pineapple but when you cut up the outside rind part use a spoon to scrape out any of the juicy part on the inside with a spoon
scrape that into a plate or bowl and take your meat, massage it onto the pulp/juice tenderizing it and soaking up the pineapple. make sure you do both/all sides then give it about 5min to rest
apply any seasoning and cook it however you like. it will be the most tender delicious cut of whatever meat you ever tried. pineapple juice contains enzyme which breaks down/tenderizes meat protein
bonus points if you cook with charcoal or any wood smoke. ill take mine medium rare with a good sear
