When you look at the campfire scene on the official D4 website, you'll notice some kind of shadow between barb and Sorceress were the 5th class will stand.
This shadowlike silhouette reminds me a lot of the necromancer. Not only the stance and the suggested hair, but also the armor pieces on his left arm seem to look a lot like the official D2 Necro poses.
