I have a mosers shield with 2x light faucets in it.

1. If I up it will the block chance go up?

2. if I up it will the facets go away?

3. What is the recipe for this kind of thing?

Sorry, weird question I can't find a straight answer to via Google, thanks!

1. Depends on your shield type. If you start with crown shield -> vortex, it will drop.
