AB declined getting an MRI from a lesser doctor that the team directed him to see. He already saw two other specialists on the matter, one of which was a more well known/respected doctor from the same medical facility the Bucs recommended/wanted him to go to. The doctor's names were released in his statement. A personal statement from that doctor that says his ankle is smoked would go a long way here in his defense etc.
Either way, it's a wild cluster fuck of a situation and both sides are likely at equal blame here. Problem for AB is that he has a history of doing dumb shit and the majority of people are already writing this off as just another out burst/brain issue with him.
Proving that Arians cut him solely because he wouldn't go in the game will be damn near impossible without witnesses on the team coming to his aid. What was said at halftime in the lockerroom? If he's bitching about targets like it seems, that'll crush his chances.
The IG model's story from the night before and how he acted doesn't help him. The uber driver who picked him up and his story don't help him. A guy with zero credibility can't win with his word vs everyone elses.
